I was sort of naughty here and there after my Mom passed away, and it landed me with a nasty psychological addiction to a non-prescribed C-II and [obviously] non-prescribed C-I substance. Doing better than in a LONG time and quitting smoking. Adopting some selective 12-step principles but haven't become a cult member.. Doing a very very gradual benzo taper, but anyway...)

for the past two weeks or so and I think it's helping my mood. It has really good reviews on the website, anyways. I take 2-3 grams worth of EPA of it per day.I think the best supplements can be found on pureformulas.com , but they can be very very expensive and I'm not sure if it's worth it.
I hope you figure out your problem and start feeling better.
Best,
