Thanks for your input Scott. Pramiracetam is available as far as im aware and is a more potent form of piracetam but im not sure if it would would work well or interact with my Lamotrigine. Im considering asking my doctor to up my Lamotrigine dose currently 75mg. At this dose it helps me sleep and also may help me concentrate at the much higher levels that can be used. Alternatively there are Choline Bitartrate or Alpha GPC or CPD Choline all of which allow for greater production of acetycholine in the brain. thanks Scott(SLS)
