Want to try Viibryd and Lithium Carbonate(Dr: No!)

Hey, yall,
my doctor didnt want to prescribe Viibryd "pharma companys said that Venlafaxine doesnt cause sexual side effects either (and it was wrong)" and i am not sure if he wants to prescribe Lithium Carbonate. (I want to take 200mg ontop of the Lithium Orotate.
But he said hed be willing to prescribe foreign (american) medications if he thinks it makes sense.
What do i do? Ask him again about Viibryd?
I like that it usually doesnt cause sexual side effects and Effexor works only partially. Effexor hinders orgasm and Viibryd might not.
What do you guys think?
