I remembered that the most "normal" I have ever felt was the day AFTER a night of drinking, so instead of moving back to something drastic and numbing, I decided to take a full .5 mg of klonopin before bed.
Typically I took .125-.250 mgs before bed and then another of the same dose during the day. It took just enough edge off and slowed my brain down enough to help concentrating.
Well at .5 mgs (which is not a large dose most would agree) the cognitive problems, headaches and suicidal ideations fell away. makes me wonder if the symptoms were anxiety related or from the celexa/ Lamictal combo and the klonopin helped to regulate whatever overstimulation was coming from them.
Now I'm concerned about the slippery klonopin slope. Ive been on it for three years without abusing it so far. I'm sure there are strong thoughts about this on Babble.
