One of the side effects I notice (usually between 1-2h after taking 300mg) is that I get some temporary heart rythm changes. I don't think its serious. I had an EKG done with no problems, but it was not taken immediately after dosing.
Its probably some sodium channel thing. I didn't know if 300 mg SR would reduce this.
I could also just open the cap and take half at dinner and half at night (or something).
