Wellbutrin might work magic for you for all we know. The lesson learned from the article is that antipsychotics can treat and prevent psychosis from developing with Wellbutrin.
In my situation, I would keep the Effexor and add the Wellbutrin, and look to increase the dosages of both if necessary to something like Wellbutrin 300 mg/day and Effexor 300 mg/day. For you, I would start by adding the Wellbutrin first and not adjusting the dosage of Effexor. If you feel better, BUT anorgasmia remains a problem, you can then attempt to discontinue the Effexor. It is quite possible that Wellbutrin will prevent the sexual side effects of Effexor, and allow you to increase the Effexor. If, at 300 mg/day, Wellbutrin does not help, you can then begin increasing the dosage of Effexor while continuing to take the Wellbutrin.
You still have a lot of options.
