> Forgot to mention. I had the elevated pulse too which was resolved when I took 12.5 to 25mg of Carvedilol in the morning. After my body adjusted to Savella I was able to get by without it. I actually enjoyed taking Carvedilol. It helped me relax and and if I had insomnia it worked as good or better than lunesta and other sleep aids when taken at night.
