I believe the dosages of oral selegiline taken for Parkinson's results in blood levels that are low enough to yield MAO-B inhibition exclusively. Oral selegiline is almost entirely metabolized in the the liver during fast-pass. In other words, oral selegiline does not affect serotonin metabolism.
