Why resveratrol?
I can't say Marplan did anything so great. I can't recall if I noticed anything compared to Nardil except maybe normalization of appetite but it seemed to be worse for mood.
Longest I've ever been on Parnate at a single dose is probably a month. I was only on 120mg for I think two weeks. Interesting what you say about dosage escalation and parnate. I've been going up at 10mg a week, so maybe once i hit 120mg I should slow down?
I've been on lithium before but never with Parnate. Might be something to consider.
In terms of Brintellix--have you heard/read anything that it is "easier" on bipolars (I am BP2, never have such great responses long term to SS/NRIs as they seem to lift mood but eventually push into hypomanic like symptoms and in the long term what seems like dopaminergic reduction and a sort of numbed out apathetic/amotivational state....have you heard brintllex is better in this regard than standard SS/NRIs?)
Curious about Vraylar as well though I can't remember where I read it and maybe it was the other new A/P that just got approved....and maybe it won't matter but there was something about it being more on the "antagonistic" side of partial agonism at D2/D3 than abilify. Have you heard/read the opposite? If so I might look into it. Just concerned about weight gain as I get it even on abilify.
good luck.
