Lamotrigine for OCD/Depression Dose

Posted by MuseMemento on September 30, 2015, at 10:54:57

Hi, all. It seems consensus is that lamotrigine is typically best dosed at 200 mg daily for either unipolar or bipolar depression. If using it for adjunctive treatment for both depression and OCD, would raising the dose any higher be of any benefit? I plan to ask the pdoc to continue raising it until I notice cognitive difficulties but I thought I'd inquire here first. Thanks, all. Oh, here's my current cocktail
Fluvoxamine 200 (increasing to at least 300mg)
Vyvanse 70 mg
Lamotrigine 100 (increasing to 200 mg)
Lorazepam 2 mg
Abilify 10 mg
