I am terribly sorry about all this. Some people do better on just a benzo than on ADs. I don't know what the deal is...not everybody responds the same way to meds. Also, sometimes people respond well to ADs and then...they don't. I don't mean to scare you, but it does happen, so Ativan may be a good idea. Is it a long term solution? I dunno. People do work and do productive things on benzos, but there are definite drawb backs. Again, I'm not trying to scare you, just pointing out the facts.
I hope things get better, sooner rather than later.
