>>>So it's begun helping with anxiety? And I was wondering if your dreaming had improved. <<<
I can't stand the dreams. Sleep for me is like travelling into the twilight zone, a tangle of surrealistic thoughts and images. I open my eyes 4-5 hours after falling asleep and that's it. Can't fall back to sleep. I think being sleep deprived is giving me cognitive decline cancelling the cognitive benefits of Brintellix.
Anxiety is still there but the feeling of doom seems to not be as severe and I had about 1 hour period today when I felt alive and life was beautiful.
Having thoughts of going back on Cymbalta. It's the most effective AD for me -almost as good as Nardil. But I felt ill when i was on it and many people told me I looked sick. Also gave me ED.Phillipa,I think Luvox is one of the best AD's. I can't remember if it helped inflammation. Cymbalta only helped my inflammation a little. Everyone is different. Hope you find a solution to your back problem other than surgery.
