I agree.
Of course, you will find a wide and interesting range of opinions and suggestions here. People are generally kind and empathetic. A great deal of the advice given is accurate and insightful. Some, not so much. I've been wrong enough times to demonstrate how important it is to work with a trained health care professional. That being said, you will often find important cutting-edge information on these forums that represents the most current research and clinical findings.
