Did you taper Valium or quit cold turkey? Some people are able to quit benzos cold turkey with no problems, but many people aren't. If things get too rough, you might want to start taking Valium again and taper it very slowly. Here's a tapering schedule:

These might help with your withdrawal, though I wasn't able to tolerate a high dose of niacinamide:

I tried quite a few meds, but not as many as you. Ones that increased serotonin levels didn't help me, and in some cases made me feel worse. The only meds I'm taking now are atenolol and low dose naltrexone (LDN). LDN increases endorphin levels, and helps me a little.
Though I'm far from well, I'm doing much better than I was while on benzos. I've mentioned before that I was helped by neurofeedback, and I plan on doing more of it. I don't know where in Canada you live, but the best-known neurofeedback clinicians in Canada are Paul Swingle in Vancouver:
And Lynda Thompson in Toronto:
If you decide to try neurofeedback, it might be best to wait until you've been off your meds for several months. I know that my brain felt frazzled during my benzo withdrawal, and for months after I was benzo free.
Good luck.
