NARDIL has been my med for 30+ years. The weight is something you have to fight. Why you're on the other meds surprises me.
I fight every day eating any carbs. No sugar what so ever. ( sugar also lower the effectiveness of Nardil)
What brand of Nardil are you using. Greenstone or Gavis? I've found Gavis to be more effective than Greenstone. One I see is you're taking to much. Talk to you doc and see about lowering to 60mg / day.
Nardil is a different med. You think if 60 mg is good 90 mg has to better. My experience indicates you can have to much and it negates the AD effect
Are you having diarrhea, hypertension, imsomnia, urinary retention issues?
Bottom line is I do up to 120 mg/day when stress overtakes me. If you'll stay on a high protein diet I promise the weight and the effectiveness of Nardil will improve drastically.
I wish I could explain the weight gain but?????
Empty your house of all sweets and simple carbs as bread, crackers, peanuts, etc. You're going to wake up starving.....have sandwich meat, oatmeal, cheese, fruit, juice, etc. to quench your hunger. You know those nights happen. You're not going to be energized enough to fix anything, that's why the food you store has to be quick and no effort.
I've been there and I do manage my weight somewhat but it takes a lot of effort.
