It can be taken at regular intervals - either every day or every few days. Some people even respond to once-a-week administration. It works for some people, but not for me, unfortunately. I found it very tolerable, though. You can get a prescription and have it filled by a compounding pharmacy pretty cheap. I wish I would have known about D-cycloserine sooner. I might have tried to combine the two drugs. I would first try intranasal ketamine without it, though.
