No. I very much doubt it, especially with Ativan on board. I would look toward Lexapro as being the culprit. Please speak to your doctor about any changes to be made to your treatment plan.

If you are to add "orthomolecular" substances to your intake, I would consider taking things like N-acetylcysteine (NAC), methylfolate, inositol, alpha lipoic acid, omega-3 fatty acids, L-theanine, magnesium - things that have demonstrated efficacy in scientific studies. Of course, it is important that you not be deficient in vitamins and minerals. I don't happen to have a list of those that have a place in supratherapeutic dosages. Vitamin D3 and B12 are good to start with, especially if blood tests show that you are deficient in them.
