i dunno...I read a Cochrane Review and clozapine apparently isn't so magical :-(
Negative symptoms sometimes respond to stimulants, modafanil, wellbutrin, antidepressants, psychotherapy, psychosocial treatments (imagine that! LOL).
Nothing against clozapine, but...wow...it seems rough. I had a doc recommend it to me, but I nixed that, you know...not interested. Of course, now I'm on: high dose Abilify, 2 anticonvulsants, and wellbutrin, plus PRN neurontin, but...whatevs.
