Clomipramine Dose Response

Hi, all. Are higher doses of clomipramine more activating than lower doses due to increase norepinephrine reuptake inhibition? I've just begun my third attempt at reaching a therapeutic level of clomipramine for OCD and MDD but I've been sleeping upwards of 20 hours on 50 mg. Will the fatigue reduce at higher doses? Thanks. I'm also taking 20 mg memantine and 5 mg abilify.
