ok.
nothing phenomenal, but better than i was.
i still have lows in the afternoons, when i see pdoc this friday i'm going to beg her to let me take adderall in the afternoon. if she doesn't agree i'm going to just do it and see if it makes the difference, if positive i'll report it to her.
however, i recently had something happen that has kicked up my ptsd and i'm struggling a bit.
i'm ruminating, gloomy if i'm not keeping myself 100% busy. and having some negative thoughts come in.
