Thank you for sharing your story with us. It's great to hear that you've found getting connected to other people to be highly beneficial in your battles with anxiety and depression. And indeed, I think that connecting with others is something that should at least play a big part in healing from mental health conditions, in most (if not all) cases. I also think that you're right that there's a tendency for those who get well to leave discussion forums for those with mental health problems without posting updates on how they're doing, and even though I haven't seen your username on these forums for a while now, I'm glad that you've come back to let us know how you've been doing.
So, again, it was good to read your story, and I'm glad that you've found connecting with others to be beneficial. I wish you continued success moving forward.
