How to treat the mood swings caused by nardi?

The dose of nardi is increasd to 90mg and now I'm experiencing intensely low mood (firstly high for 2days then low).

Then addition of Lamictal and Litium makes everything even worse.I'm considering an AAP to augment it. Of Abilify, Seroquel, Olanzepine, which works the best?

My pdoc is now considering lowering the dosage. At what lowest dose does Nardil remain effective?

Any opinion would be greatly appreciated!
