Yeah, I'd be interested in that link too. But for the time being, here's something similar for the Netherlands: http://www.bedrocan.nl/english/products.html It's from the website of the "purveyor" of the Dutch Health Ministry for medicinal cannabis. Their products have standardized compositions in terms of active ingredients, and they also underlie very strict regulation in terms of microbial quality.
But I think that, even where this kind of quality of product is not available, cannabis *can* have a role in treating a lot of illnesses, including psychiatric. It's certainly not a first-line or even second-line treatment, but even with all its shortcomings, the fact that there are really no other drugs with a comparable pharmacology means that when it helps, it may simply be the only thing that helps. And then it may well be rational to accept all those side-effects etc. (including potential legal "side-effects").
That is basically what I think about it, in brief...
