> Thank you.I would be hesitant to combine tianeptine with a MAOI unless you know a doctor who has experience with this. Despite tianeptine being described as being the "opposite" of a SSRI, I don't know what its secondary effects on serotonin pathways are. I did find this, though:

Amisulpride should be okay.
Regarding TCAs, you can mix MAOIs with desipramine or nortriptyline. I am currently taking Parnate with nortriptyline.
