natrexorone with wellbutrin is a bit odd.....wonder what their trying to combine next but all i know about naltrexerone is ... it's a opiod blocker and prevents feelings of reward to certain medicines, so what i think it's mixed with wellbutrin to elimate hunger and reward when you eat, that causes more eating for reward and comfort.....
adderall by itself can be a good weight loss med, good ole amphetamine but .... i don't know gibve it a try, wellbutrin is known for activation and lift with mild stimulation, but it also is known well for causing bad anxiety in some people, some people it works like a cup of coffee in the morning and throhg outt the day....others it really can cause anxiety, no idea why but i think it's on the NE receptors is elevated.....
there's Qysmia for weigh loss which maybe another option but it's new and may be expensive
