It's possible, but the improvement may to due to Abilify - you see, because Abilify has a much higher affinity for dopamine receptors than amisulpride, it may prevent other antipsychotics from binding to the receptors. In a similar way, it also reduces the risk of other antipsychotics elevating prolactin (although it's less effective against amisulpride-induced hyperprolactinemia because amisulpride reaches very high levels in the pituitary gland).
I wouldn't generally advocate starting two antipsychotics so close together. In fact, most people are probably best treated with one antipsychotic unless there are compelling reasons for using more than one.
