too many meds

does 1mg twice daily,600 tegretol, 30 Cymbalta, and 100 lamictal seems a lot for treating ocd/mood disorder...it seems when klonopin is lowered I start having trouble....so aere these other meds even helping...psych says "you need to be on all of them"
