i'm on a ton of sh*t and still depressed. My current regime is:
20mg zyprexa
300mg venlafaxine
60mg mirtazapine
1500mg valproate
7,5mg lorazepamI had a psychological test done, and it clearly says that i have ADHD comorbid with my bipolar. Have anyone any insights as to what could help both depression and ADHD?
I was thinking of dropping my mirtazapine for nortriptyline or atomoxetine, or even bupropion as they have at least some back up studies for treating both disorders. Or just leave it as it is and just add something like methylphenidate?
My first choice probably would be swap the mirtazapine (which i don't really like aside of it's sedative effects) for bupropion or nortriptyline, say 150mg? I want to keep the strongest guns like stimulants as a last resort.
Also, are there any meds that imposes depression onto me instead of treating it? I think about valproate, i don't really go manic so maybe lamotrigine would be better?
Any input would be appreciated
