Abilify-Wellbutrin interaction + CYP450 2D6

Hello, I take Abilify 15 mg and Wellbutrin XL 150 mg and would like to discontinue Wellbutrin. Since I understand Wellbutrin increases Abilify via CYP450 2D6 for most people (unless I'm confused), how much would I have to raise Abilify to get the same effect I get now with it once I discontinue Wellbutrin?
