No such thing. There are too many variables to be considered, not the least of which is the quality of therapeutic response produced by each one.

I would use whichever drug makes you feel best. If both are equally effective and equally tolerable, I think Trileptal would be more helpful in your case. It reduces impulsivity. Although Depakote and Trileptal both carry a minute risk of agranulocytosis, Depakote has a greater liability of producing abnormal liver function (easily screened for using regular blood tests). However, Trileptal can produce hyponatremia (verifiable using blood tests).
Perhaps you should stay away from Psycho-Babble until you see your doctor next.
