You have the right to refuse medical attention. IE, you don't have to go to the doctor. Your new doctor might want to talk to your old doctor about your treatment. But you don't have to sign a release to alow the doc to contact your old doc. Your new doc might also want records from your last doc. But you can go to any doc you want, you just have to hope you will get the treatment you want, there is no guarantee, but you can always try out a new doctor, or get a second opinion from anouther doc.


15mg olanzapine (Zyprexa)
-A 10mg and a 5mg, 6 hours apart. Find it eases hunger.
12mg x2 perphenazine
150mg sertraline (Zoloft)
200mg bupropion sr (Wellbutrin sr)
