off buspar back on effexor

OK, so buspar did not work for me.

It did seem to have some antianxiety effect, but it was inconsistent (feel better for a few hours then much worse).

So, I'm back on Effexor, which seems more like a mood stabilizer for me.

I was trying to break free of antidepressants, but I guess my brain is just too used to them.
