Why not Seroquel?
It is "the golden Standard" i would say. Better side effect profile.
Schizophrenia or Schizo-affective
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 10mg
Lithium Carbonate 100mg
Metformin 1500mg
Effexor 37.5 mg
