Even more disorganized with meds.....

I have been on Wellbutrin and Perphenazine (trilafon) for over 2 weeks, and if anything, I am more disorganized and forgetful than I was before I started them, although I'm no longer suicidally depressed. Will this go away? It's pretty distressing and I have to go back to work sooner or later. I just drove home from the mall and it seems like a dream, kind of unreal. I take 150mg Wellbutrin SR in the morning, and 2mg Perphenazine morning and evening.
