Should i try Nortritptyline?

My Psychiatrist suggested this a while ago.

What do you guys think?

Schizophrenia or Schizo-affective
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 10mg
Lithium Carbonate 100mg
Metformin 1500mg
Effexor 37.5 mg
