This is a clear-cut, smooth combo. I've never seen Risperdal PRN, but go for it if it's working for you. No sense in taking it everyday since you have Abilify.
Also, two mood stabilizers are oftentimes needed with BP patients. I like the lower, more antidepressant dosage of Lamictal with the oxcarbamazepine. Nice.

I like my current combo, just got everything from the pharmacy:
Latuda (lurasidone) 60mg.
Trokendi XR (topiramate extended release) 200mg.
Aplenzin (bupropion hydrobromide) 522mg.
Nuvigil (armodafinil) 250mg.
Lyrica (pregabalin) 150mg. TID [450mg.]
Remeron (mirtazapine) 45mg.
Zoloft (sertraline) 50mg.
...good times...
