Hi there.
I am back from an abbreviated stay at a rehab facility where my relapse from sobriety was relatively easily dealt with. I also agreed (um, from pressure? Nah.) to revisit some of my psych med dependencies. In 3 weeks and 2 days, Klonopin was reduced from 3mg a day to 1.5mg a day. Hello, panic attacks, welcome back.
My Ambien CR was reduced from 12.5mg nightly to generic zolpidem standard release 5mg. My brain hurts. I forgot where the light switch was on the wall, and how it works. Migraines are happening weekly.
I don't necessarily want to lose the progress I made. Sleep is improving slowly at this lowered dose, but the side effects are scary. Any thoughts on easing them?
My pdoc is on vacation, covering her own practice, and won't return my calls. She is getting fired. I see my family doctor this morning, but wanted this board's wisdom and input to ease my hurting brain.
Thanks for any suggestions.
