Seroquel for severe insomnia?

Hi, I think I'm going to be taken off Invega Sustenna injections because Patient Assistance has run out. I'm thinking about asking my dr for Seroquel because it's useful as a sleep aid. What would be the optimum dosage for chronic insomnia and schizophrenia?
Psych meds:
Cymbalta 60 mg
BuSpar 15mg 2 X daily
Trazodone 50 mg
Latuda 40 mg
