I was taking zyprexa then switched to abilify and had a bad reaction to abilify so went back on zyprexa. The zyprexa did not work at all. So I kept taking it and after 6 weeks the zyprexa worked again. Anouther time I did the same and took the abilify for 6 months. Same bad reaction to the abilify. And went back on zyprexa it didn't work the same for many years, but slowly started to work again. So maybe you just need to give it more time to work again. The meds affect the way your brain grows and addapts to the med. So I guess if you switch to some thing else it has to readapt.
