I'm confused. did you take too much and got the leg cramps and heart racing or did you take normal dose and get these symptoms?
I have some B stress ones that I would love to take but I just cant swallow them so was going to look into B 100 drops...do you think this B 100 is a good idea for mood disorder, bipolar, anger stuff? B 100 is ALL the B's together .
