yes it slows down the blood pressure, and will make you somewhat flappy....sluggist a bit, but clonodine makes your mouth dry, i was on .3mg at night and if i took it too early i had to drink water to keep my speech intact, my whole mouth was dry had no saliva....that may just had been a side effect on me, but it does cause dry mouth
but yes it will lower blood systems and make you semi-lethargic, good for getting to sleep, start with .1mg and maybe move to .2
