New strategy against depression

Is avoiding new psychoses at all cost and thus stabilizing and preven post-psychotic depression.

I now believe that most of my depression i experienced was post-psychotic depression.

I will see that i can utterly avoid it from now on!

Schizo-affective or Schizophrenia or Depression and Schizo.
Seroquel 800mg
Some Emergency Zyprexa
Lithium Orotate 10mg
Metformin 1500mg
Effexor 75mg:
