Well, I don't think there's any harm in trying? Or any other microdose of an SSRI. I just mentioned Lexapro because it has a track record.
Interestingly enough, Lundbeck/Forest started manufacturing 5mg Lexapro pills quite a few years after introducing Lexapro to the market, originally you could only get 10 or 20mg pills.
