There has not been a SSRI that worked for me.

I took sibutramine for a period of time and it was brilliant- the best thing for my depression that I have ever found (no longer available), what would be the closest?

Anyhow, I am on about day 10 of moclobemide. I really don't know about this, am discouraged.

I am a bit up and down on it so the up part it good but I don't really find it energizing at all (which is what I was hoping for). If anything I am actually more tired, sleeping better (which is good but too sleepy during the day). I don't know if it would help at taking it at night. With the short half life I'm wondering if that would do anything at all.

I'm only up to 450mg so far. Anything more than that and the nausea in my head it too much to function so I'm trying to bump up slowly.

I know many people have found it takes up to 8 weeks for this to work but I tend to either respond well in a week or the drug doesn't work even if I stay on longer (from experience in the past).

I am feeling really lost, discouraged, and frustrated. I don't know if I should stick this out or drop it and try Pristiq. I also wonder if adding low dose naltrexone would do anything.
