Please pardon me--I did not see some of these posts until just now. Not sure why I didn't receive notifications.

I was prescribed propanol for fine tremor (lithium we think), but I had hoped it would help with the physical effects of social anxiety because interacting with people not within the safe zone is like a performance. Well, was I wrong. Even at a higher dose. It does help with the tremor which is slight but annoying.

For Eric,

I really should split the Lyrica dosage as you have been recommending. I am so worried that I will be unable to sleep that I just keep taking it in the evening. I experience the phenomena of lethargy early/throughout the day and a little wired at bedtime. I only have Sonata for sleep which I know is fairly weak and benign. However the Lyrica is very often enough. However I am feeling very low and sluggish anyways and sleep heavily.
