I am just surprised that the dosage range goes up to 120mgs. I can't even tolerate 20mgs. At 40 mgs. I wanted to crawl out of my skin, and felt very aggressive. I have tried most of the atypicals and had the most initial response to Saphris. Perhaps, I may give that a try again. The benefits I have seen from Fetzima so far are better concentration and increased energy but even this is not worth feeling cranky and angry all the time. Thanks for your feedback. Currently, the only other med I take is Lithium 450 mgs/day.
