Zyprexa can cause akathisia, mainly at high doses. It's not common at low doses. Seroquel probably causes the least akathisia out of the commonly prescribed antipsychotics.

I was on Zyprexa which didn't and seems to be the only one listed on Epocrates that doesn't have akathisia as a side effect. Zyprexa was good for anxiety but not for depression and also I am not looking forward to the weight gain. Many thanks,
