Hi Eric.
> I would love to have started a diary on the drug however I was fored to stop taking it. When I went up to the 20 mg dosage I started vomiting all the time and could not get the nauseau and emesis under control with ondansetron. I really hate having to stop the drug, but bmy body couldn't tolerate it.
I am profoundly sorry that you had to discontinue Bintellix. I very much appreciate your reporting your experiences with this drug. Personally, I have never had to stop taking an effective drug because its side effects precluded its use. It must be punishing to have remission snatched away from you. I understand this.

I would love to find a 5-HT7 receptor antagonist that does not inhibit the reuptake of serotonin so that I could stay on Parnate. Unfortunately, both Latuda and Saphris antagonize NE alpha-2a autorecptors, an action that I believe caused me to feel significantly worse on both of these drugs, despite experiencing initial improvements. (Remeron and idazoxan - both NE alpha-2 antagonists - exacerbate my depression). Latuda, in particular, made me somewhat suicidal.
I tried Geodon once. At 40 mg/day, I developed profound cognitive impairments (brain-fog) that was enough to produce some derealization. Had I known any better, I would have tried reducing the dosage to 20 mg/day.
So, what's your next move?
