That's a great question which I can't answer. I look forward to reading the replies to it.

> Buspar:1/3 lowest dose
> Pristiq: 50mg
> Zyprexa:2.5
> Lamictal:200
> Clonazapam. .5 prn
> NAC 4000
> Folic AcidAre you trying to treat bipolar depression?
What is your degree of improvement currently?
What happens when you raise the dosage of Pristiq to 100 mg/day? Have you tried combining Wellbutrin and Pristiq? Have you tried Abilify? Keep an eye on the new antidepressant, Brintellix. You may want to discontiue Pristiq if you were to try it. I might try Brintellix to treat my own bipolar depression. I am about 35% improved versus my untreated baseline. That's not enough.
Currently:
Parnate 100 mg/day
nortriptyline 150 mg/day
Lamictal 200 mg/day
lithium 450 mg/day
Abilify 10 mg/day
prazosin 25 mg/day
minocycline 200 mg/dayIn order to try Brintellix, I would have to discontinue the Parate to prevent serotonin syndrome.
