I started taking 40mg of Geodon again (even though I was fine without it). Started it again only because I went up on my Trileptal dose. And my eye twitches all the time. It's driving me crazy.
I had stopped Geodon for about a month and felt fine (taking it for low grade depression). The Trileptal keeps me from getting depressed, I just needed it for some motivation, flat feeling from mood stabilizer. Weird thing was that even after I stopped taking Geodon, my eye still twitched, not as much, but it didn't totally go away.
My doc mentioned switching over to a low dose of Wellbutrin SR. Would that cause eye twitching too? Would I be better off switching to a low dose of one of the newer things like Latuda?
Will it ever go away, even when I stop taking Geodon? Is this now a lovely permanent thing I've developed from taking Geodon for years?
It's driving me nuts, especially when people look at it!
